Gov’ner, the reputed boss of the Hawkhurst Gang, was fatally shot by blaster fire outside his home in The Stacks last night. Auxientia Police are currently investigating the incident as a homicide, but would not comment as to any leads in the case. Alleged Hawkhurst mouthpiece Euphemia could not be reached for comment, and the Twin Feathers Laundromat, a long rumored Hawkhurst headquarters, was seen to have a sign on the door reading, “Popped ‘Round the Corner. Back in Ten Minutes.”
Rumors run wild with speculations on who will now lead the Hawkhursts, or if a new gang will move in to fill the power vacuum left from by the Gov’ner’s sudden absence.
